The ratings are low, because of people that hate paid mods. I haven't seen anyone complain about my mods. Check some of my public mods and see the ratings there. The paid mods are same quality, some even better :)

Both of the people you are talking to are the same person. I don't care that this guy charges for mods. But the fact he tries to convince people to buy them using a 2nd account is scammy as hell.
And here you are wrong, the moder can charge you for his work and financial contribution for the model. It's a matter of the modder which mod should be released for free and which for a fee. Would you like to have everything for free, then create a 3D model yourself or buy it and make a mod from it, you will have it for free. You feel sorry for 15 € for a mega cool mod then you won't have it. I would add that this Ford F-350 King Ranch is great, and 15 € is not a fortune, and stinginess does not pay off.
