Does this come with instructions on how to place it on a mod?
no, it doesn't.
It is pretty simple tho. You cut the i3d and the textures in the mod you want to place it on. Then open the i3d of that mod, import the mudflap, palce it where you want it. Save the mod. Lastly check if the texture path is correct.
